Drug Use

In a culture in which drug use is commonplace, it can be challenging to realise when it is interfering with our ability to function effectively and pursue what we want in life; career, relationship, health or general well-being.

Others come to realise that their drug use is significantly interfering with what they want in their lives, with ever-diminishing ability to break patterns of behaviour. No matter how debilitating our situation may be, I beleive that there is always an aspect which have an impulse towards help and healing.

Some realise the value of tracking the time and/or money spent supporting this aspect of your life. Developing awareness of the cycles of addiction can expose patterns and blindspots.

There is much merit in the Twelve Step approach, and many clients choose to blend meetings with one-on-one and group therapy.
